为配置高性能绿色混凝土,以混凝土配合比材料中的砂为研究对象.分析不同砂密度(2 486 kg/m3、2 515 kg/m3、2 679 kg/m3、2 706 kg/m3)对混凝土耐久性能的影响,具体包括抗压强度、抗氯离子侵蚀程度及坍落度3个评价指标.试验结果表明:当表观密度为2 679 kg/m3时,其配置的混凝土性能最佳,具体表现为其抗压强度为55.1 MPa,抗折强度为10.1 MPa,28 d下氯离子侵蚀深度为20 mm,28 d下硫酸根离子侵蚀深度为21 mm,抗冻融循环102次,自然环境下坍落度为189 mm.本文的研究成果可为实际工程的混凝土配置提供数据支撑.
THE INFLUENCE OF SAND DENSITY ON THE DURABILITY PERFORMANCE OF CONCRETE
In order to configure high-performance green concrete,sand in the concrete mix proportion material was taken as the research object.The influence of different sand densities(2 486 kg/m3,2 515 kg/m3,2 679 kg/m3,2 706 kg/m3)on the durability performance of concrete was analyzed,including three evaluation indicators:compressive strength,resistance to chloride ion erosion,and slump.The experimental results show that when the apparent density is 2 679 kg/m3,the concrete performance configured with it is the best,specifically manifested in its compressive strength of 55.1 MPa,chloride ion erosion depth of 20 mm at 28 days,and slump of 189 mm in natural environment.The research results of this article can provide data support for the concrete configuration in practical engineering.
