THE INFLUENCE OF SAND DENSITY ON THE DURABILITY PERFORMANCE OF CONCRETE
In order to configure high-performance green concrete, sand in the concrete mix proportion material was taken as the research object. The influence of different sand densities(2 486 kg/m3,2 515 kg/m3,2 679 kg/m3,2 706 kg/m3)on the durability performance of concrete was analyzed, including three evaluation indicators:compressive strength, resistance to chloride ion erosion, and slump. The experimental results show that when the apparent density is 2 679 kg/m3,the concrete performance configured with it is the best, specifically manifested in its compressive strength of 55.1 MPa,chloride ion erosion depth of 20 mm at 28 days, and slump of 189 mm in natural environment. The research results of this article can provide data support for the concrete configuration in practical engineering.
