摘要
以本工程大跨度悬挑钢结构在不同工况下的吊装施工为例,通过施工前期建模了解悬挑钢结构施工前后的整体受力及位移情况.然后通过不同受力情况下的影响性分析得出受力变化趋势,再结合本工程大跨度钢结构总体施工顺序与作法,进而准确判断整个钢结构施工过程中各施工工艺的质量控制要点及施工注意事项,并采取有针对性的应对措施,确保后期能顺利交付.
Abstract
Taking the hoisting construction of the long-span suspended steel structure in different working conditions as an example,the overall stress and displacement of the cantilever steel structure before and after construction are understood through the pre-construction modeling.Then the stress change trend is obtained through the influence analysis under different stress conditions,then accurately judge the quality control points and construction precautions of each construction process in the entire steel structure construction process,and take targeted countermeasures to ensure smooth delivery in the later stage.
