超高层建筑桩-筏基础的钻孔灌注桩在复杂地质条件下,施工困难,难以成桩,拖慢施工工期,较大程度上增加建造成本.基于此,结合以往CFG桩复合地基在高层建筑中的使用情况及场地地质地层条件,考虑将超高层建筑的钻孔灌注桩—筏形基础进行优化,采用刚性桩复合地基满足承载力要求,保证结构安全,加快施工工期,降低施工成本.刚性桩复合地基为长螺旋钻孔压灌工艺施工长钢筋混凝土桩+短素混凝土桩,长短桩交错布置,桩顶铺设合适厚度的级配碎石褥垫层,在褥垫层上部施工基础筏形.
ANALYSIS OF OPTIMIZEING BRED HOLE PILE-RAFT FOUNDATION TO COMPOSITE FOUNDATION OF THE RIGID PILE
Under the complex geological conditions,the construction of the bored cast-in-place pile is difficult to form piles,which slows down the construction period and greatly increases the construction cost.Based on this,combined with the use of CFG pile composite foundation in high-rise buildings and the geological formation conditions of the site,consider the drilling pile-in-raft foundation,using rigid pile composite foundation to meet the bearing capacity requirements,ensure the structural safety,speed up the construction period and reduce the construction cost.The rigid pile composite foundation for the construction process is long reinforced concrete pile+long plain concrete pile,the long and short pile are staggered,the pile top is laid with the appropriate thickness of graded gravel cushion,and the foundation raft is constructed in the upper part of the cushion layer.
