超高层建筑悬挑平台预应力拉杆张拉施工技术

超高层悬挑平台在施工过程中,需考虑悬挑端荷载对剪力墙受力的影响.研究基于广州某项目,在30~38层核心筒钢柱上焊接预应力钢棒,通过张拉作业使钢棒伸长,由此产生向下拉力,其可抵消悬挑平台荷载对剪力墙向上的拉力,大幅降低了混凝土受拉开裂的可能性,其保证了施工过程的安全,并满足了施工对质量的要求.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF PRESTRESSED TENSION ROD FOR CANTILEVER PLATFORM OF SUPER HIGH-RISE BUILDING
In the construction process of super tall cantilever platform,the influence of cantilever end load on shear wall should be considered.Based on a project in Guangzhou,a prestressed steel rod is welded on a 30-38th-story core steel column,and the rod is stretched through tensile operation,thus generating a downward tension,which can offset the upward tension of the overhung platform load on the shear wall,and greatly reduce the possibility of the concrete being pulled apart,which ensures the safety of the construction process and meets the construction quality requirements.
