研究主要介绍了年产8万t光学级聚酯基膜项目结构施工中的大跨度结构模板支撑受力型钢平台的施工技术."型钢平台"作为混凝土结构模板支撑的传力体系,解决了下部结构无法直接承重的施工难题.通过详细阐述型钢平台的结构设计原理、制作工艺以及实际应用效果,探讨其在施工中的可行性、稳定性及优越性,以期供其他类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
This study primarily discusses the construction technology of a large-span structure formwork support force steel platform in the construction of an 80,000-ton annual production optical grade polyester film project.The"steel platform"serves as a force transmission system for concrete structure formwork support,solving the construction difficulty of the lower structure being unable to directly bear weight.By elaborately explaining the structural design principles,manufacturing process,and practical application effects of the steel platform,this article explores its feasibility,safety and stability,and superior construction performance in construction.This serves as an engineering example for the construction of force-bearing steel platforms,supporting large-span structural templates for other similar projects.
