摘要

通过介绍单向单拉索玻璃幕墙施工技术在合肥南站某工程中应用中采用钢箱梁预起拱技术,单拉索分级张拉方法,幕墙玻璃采用划分控制单元分块安装措施.解决了柔性单拉索在加载工况下的钢箱梁挠度变形、不同温度下拉索张拉、幕墙安装质量难控制的技术难题,以期为今后类似拉索幕墙施工提供了可参考实例.

Abstract

By introducing the application of unidirectional single cable glass curtain wall construction tech-nology in a certain project of Hefei South Station,the steel box beam pre arching technology,single cable graded tensioning method,and curtain wall glass are installed by dividing control units and blocks.Solved the technical difficulties of deflection deformation of steel box beams under loading conditions,tension of cables at different tem-peratures,and difficulty in controlling the installation quality of curtain walls with flexible single cables,in order to provide reference examples for similar cable curtain wall construction in the future.
