大跨度双曲钢拱门施工精度探究

研究以大型综合场馆为例进行了相关分析.其北主出入口大跨度钢桁架造型拱门用钢量达270 t,该拱形结构主要由2根主杆件组成了拱形上弦,由组合管桁架分布并均匀吊挂于下弦,构成了该结构的整体轮廓,拱形最高点两侧由正交及斜向交汇的箱式相贯体组成.其中拱形多杆件交汇、相贯焊缝、焊接应力集中、施工中精度控制、荷载对结构变形影响等因素都会对施工精度产生影响.做好对精度控制,才是做好本工程的关键所在.
RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION ACCURACY OF LONG-SPAN DOUBLE-CURVED STEEL ARCH
The study conducted relevant analysis using large-scale comprehensive venues as an example.The large-span steel truss shaped arch at its north main entrance and exit uses 270 tons of steel.The arch structure is mainly composed of two main members forming the upper chord of the arch,and is evenly suspended from the low-er chord by a combination of pipe trusses,forming the overall outline of the structure.The highest point of the arch is flanked by box shaped intersecting bodies that intersect orthogonally and diagonally on both sides.Factors such as the intersection of multiple arched members,intersecting welds,welding stress concentration,precision control during construction,and the influence of loads on structural deformation can all affect construction accuracy.Doing a good job in precision control is the key to doing a good job in this project.
