摘要
我国建筑产业的能耗总量一直处于行业高位,然而在"绿色、低碳、协同发展"思想日益深入人心的今天,我国建筑节能减排面临着耗材多、能耗大,对周边环境影响大等诸多问题.与现有的现浇结构比较,装配式建筑则在节能、环保、高效等方面的应用上具有显著优点,其能够极大地推动我国建筑业节能减排、绿色建筑的整体目标,因此该建造方式正在逐步成为建筑企业的首选.随着BIM技术在建筑业中的普及与运用,其参数化、可视化和协同性等优点已被建设企业所认同.研究通过对一个工程建设实例的分析,对BIM技术在工程建设中的运用流程及效果进行了较为全面地阐述,并对其关键环节进行了探讨.
Abstract
The total energy consumption of China's construction industry has always been at a high level in the industry.However,with the increasingly popular concept of"green,low-carbon,and coordinated development",China's building energy conservation and emission reduction are facing many problems such as excessive consum-ables,high energy consumption,and significant impact on the surrounding environment.Compared with existing cast-in-place structures,prefabricated buildings have significant advantages in energy conservation,environmental protection,and high efficiency.They can greatly promote the overall goals of energy conservation,emission reduc-tion,and green building in China's construction industry.Therefore,this construction method is gradually becoming the preferred choice for construction enterprises.With the popularization and application of BIM technology in the construction industry,its advantages such as parameterization,visualization,and collaboration have been recognized by construction enterprises.The study comprehensively elaborates on the application process and effects of BIM technology in engineering construction through the analysis of an engineering construction example,and explores its key links.
