摘要

研究主要介绍了一综合体工业厂房项目F-PSRC永久薄钢模板超高钢柱混凝土施工技术.研究从混凝土浇筑前的准备工作(包括钢柱安装后垂直度校正,钢柱底部灌浆,如何超高浇筑混凝土),混凝土浇筑过程中振捣、分段浇筑、成品保护,混凝土浇筑完成后模板清洗、降温措施,如何提高施工效率,并对后期混凝土质量检测等方面进行了论证优化,形成了一套较为方便快捷、质量优良、安全可靠、节约成本的混凝土浇筑方式,其可为同类工程施工提供借鉴.

Abstract

The study mainly introduces the construction technology of F-PSRC permanent thin steel formwork and ultra-high steel column concrete for a comprehensive industrial plant project.The research focuses on the preparation work before concrete pouring(verticality correction after steel column installation,grouting at the bottom of the steel column,and how to pour concrete at a higher height),vibration,segmented pouring,finished product protection during the concrete pouring process,formwork cleaning and cooling measures after concrete pouring,how to improve construction efficiency,and later concrete quality inspection.A set of convenient,fast,high-quality,safe,reliable,and cost-effective concrete pouring methods has been developed,which can provide reference experience for similar engineering construction.
