摘要

承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架因其技术成熟、经济效益显著,故在近些年的施工中逐渐受到青睐和推广.盘扣架横杆、斜杆处的插销和竖杆可通过连接盘快速连接,其具有承载力大、结构稳定、搭拆方便等优点.研究通过工程实践,总结分析了盘扣架在应用和施工过程中的优缺点,以期为今后类似施工提供参考.

Abstract

Due to its mature technology and significant economic benefits,the socket type buckle steel pipe scaffold has gradually been favored and promoted in construction in recent years.The locking pins and vertical bars at the horizontal and diagonal bars of the buckle frame can be quickly connected through the connecting plate,which has the advantages of high bearing capacity,stable structure,and easy assembly and disassembly.Through engineering practice,this study summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the buckle frame in application and construction processes,in order to provide reference for similar construction in the future.
