摘要

研究以乌鲁木齐机场改扩建高架桥桩基工程为例,该工程地处戈壁滩,土质为级配不均匀的戈壁料,其粘聚性差、易扩孔、坍塌.研究采用传统泥浆护壁作业,泥浆渗流严重,对地层污染大且不环保故不适用;若采用旋挖钻干成孔作业,桩基充盈系数大、不经济、效率低,基于此工程利用跟进式护筒护壁旋挖钻孔施工方法,有效解决了桩基充盈系数大、地质污染等的影响.

Abstract

Taking the pile foundation project of the elevated bridge for the renovation and expansion of Urumqi Airport as an example,the project is located in the Gobi Desert,where the soil is composed of unevenly graded Gobi materials with poor cohesion,easy expansion of holes,and collapse.The study adopts traditional mud wall protection operation,which has serious mud seepage,causes significant pollution to the formation,and is not environmentally friendly,so it is not suitable.If rotary drilling is used for dry drilling operations,the pile foundation filling coefficient is large,uneconomical,and inefficient.Based on this project,the use of follow-up casing and wall protection rotary drilling construction method effectively solves the problems of large pile foundation filling coeffi-cient and geological pollution.
