摘要

在道路与桥梁建设过程中,钢纤维增强混凝土技术备受关注.研究阐述了钢纤维混凝土的特有属性,并通过深入分析其在施工过程中的具体需求和配合比,以保证其可在道路桥梁建造中达到最优效果.为了探究混合纤维对混凝土抗裂性的影响,研究利用了钢纤维在拉伸、弯曲和剪切方面的性能来增强混凝土的抗裂性.通过对3种不同钢纤维掺量混凝土的干燥收缩率、坍落度和早期抗裂性能进行测试,其最终结果显示,钢纤维混凝土技术在提升混凝土质量和道路桥梁项目整体质量等方面具有显著的作用.

Abstract

In the process of road and bridge construction,steel fiber reinforced concrete technology has attracted much attention.The study elucidates the unique properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete and,through in-depth analysis of its specific requirements and mix proportions during construction,ensures that it can achieve optimal results in road and bridge construction.In order to investigate the effect of mixed fibers on the crack resistance of concrete,the study utilized the tensile,bending,and shear properties of steel fibers to enhance the crack resistance of concrete.Through testing the drying shrinkage rate,slump,and early crack resistance of three different steel fiber reinforced concrete contents,the final results show that steel fiber reinforced concrete technology plays a significant role in improving the quality of concrete and the overall quality of road and bridge projects.
