摘要
提出了1种基于常规圆热管和高效平板热管结合利用的新型热管式平板式太阳能集热器,并对集热器及其组成的热水器性能进行了实验研究.集热器实验结果表明,瞬时效率曲线的斜率为4.8,截距为0.73,均优于国家标准.在满足国家标准测试要求的条件下,由该集热器组成的两种热水器的实验测试结果表明,紧凑式和分体式热水器的日有效得热量分别为8.6 MJ/m2和10.4 MJ/m2,日均集热效率分别为56.7%和60.7%,均于国家标准.采用Polysun软件对新型平板太阳能热水器进行典型日与全年性能模拟,验证了热水器的热性能,并模拟得到在北京地区全年供给系统光热能量为910 kW· h/m2.热水器有热稳定性强、无炸裂、抗冻能力强的特点,且热性能优良,具有广泛的应用前景.
Abstract
A new type of heat-pipe flat-plate solar water heater based on conventional circular heat pipe and efficient flat-plate heat pipe was proposed.The thermal test was performed on heat collector and its water heater.The experiment results show that the collector's slope of instantaneous efficiency is 4.8 and the intercept is 0.73.The value of the two indicators is better than that specified in national standard.The experiment results of two water heaters composed of the heater collector show that effective heat of compact and split-type water heater are 8.6 M J/ m2 and 10.4 MJ/m2,respectively.In addition,the average daily collection efficiency is 56.7% and 60.7% respectively.The indicators above are better than the value specified in national standard.In order to verify the experimental data,the thermal performance of new solar water heater in typical days and in the year is numerically modeled and calculated by Polysun.The simulated results show that the annual heat energy in Beijing is 910 kWh/ m2.The water heater has strong thermal stability,no crack,strong freeze-proof capability and good thermal performance.Thus,it has a broad application prospect.
