Research on pipeline collaborative design of building electromechanical system
With the progress of digitization and informatization, the construction industry urgently needs to shift towards intelligent design and construction in order to improve the quality of building products and enhance the efficiency of the design process,as relying solely on the experience of engineers is no longer sufficient.Traditional working methods fail to meet the requirements of users for architectural products, and data collaboration design emerges as an effective approach to address this challenge. The data model formed by data collaboration can not only reflect the integrated relationships of architectural systems but also incorporate data from the construction process. This integration enables the design model to encompass spatial and performance design data,as well as process design data, thus establishing the foundation for intelligent construction. In this paper, the design and construction process of MEP(mechanical, electrical and plumbing)system pipelines in buildings are focused, and a data collaboration standard is proposed for building MEP pipelines by collecting design experience data, standard specification data, and construction experience data. The study explores three aspects of data collaboration methods for building MEP pipelines:vertical pipeline collaboration, horizontal pipeline collaboration, and pipeline installation data. The aim is to unify these three aspects of data through collaborative design methods within the model design process. The paper also investigates methods for transforming design experience into knowledge, with the goal of achieving intelligent design for building MEP pipelines.
