本项目位于高烈度设防区,地震作用大,且项目地上建筑存在多项平面不规则.经充分对比分析,地上采用钢管混凝土框架+剪切型金属阻尼器结构,通过增加结构阻尼降低水平地震作用,大幅提升结构抗震性能.屋面主要采用大跨度单层网壳、局部悬挑区域采用双层网壳的结构体系,并通过双非线性计算法进行整体稳定计算分析.本文主要介绍了本项目的结构体系及特点,明确了设计标准、参数选取、计算方法及关键技术措施等,旨在为同类项目的结构设计提供借鉴和参考.
Structural design of Haikou International Duty Free City project
This project is located in a high intensity fortification area with significant seismic effects,and there are multiple irregular plane shapes in the aboveground buildings of the project.After full comparative analysis,a concrete-filled steel tube frame and shear type metal damper structure is adopted above ground,which reduces horizontal seismic effects by increasing structural damping and significantly improves the seismic performance of the structural system.The roof adopts a large-span single-layer reticulated shell structure system for the main area,and a double-layer reticulated shell structure system is used for locally cantilever areas.The overall stability is calculated and analyzed by the dual nonlinear calculation method.This article mainly introduces the structural system and characteristics of this project,clarifies the design standards,parameter selection,calculation methods and key technical measures,aiming to provide useful reference for the structural design of similar projects.
