SAP对装配式建筑灌浆料基本性能的影响与机理研究

针对装配式建筑灌浆料封闭的工作环境所导致其施工后无法养护的问题,将高吸水树脂(SAP)作为套筒灌浆料的内养护剂,研究了不同水胶比条件下SAP掺量对灌浆料流动性和力学性能的影响,并对其孔结构和微观形貌特征进行了分析,探讨了SAP对灌浆料工作性及力学性能的影响机理,并分析了采用SAP作为灌浆料内养护剂的可行性.研究结果表明:相同水胶比下,随着SAP掺量的增加,灌浆料流动度大致呈线性降低,且水胶比越小,降低幅度越大;标准养护条件下,灌浆料的峰值抗压强度随SAP掺量的增加逐渐降低,室外养护条件可更加充分地发挥SAP的内养护效果;压汞试验结果表明SAP的加入,减小了最可几孔径,增加了无害孔数量,但有害孔和多害孔的数量和也增加了;SEM结果显示SAP减少了灌浆料微结构中的裂纹,但会在基体内留下孔隙.总体来看,SAP可通过吸收多余拌和水,提高灌浆料的均匀性,并逐步释水促进水泥水化,提高灌浆料强度,是一种良好的装配式建筑灌浆料内养护材料.
Effects and mechanism of SAP on the basic properties of prefabricated building grout
Aiming at the problem that the prefabricated building grout cannot be cured after grouting due to the closed working environment,SAP is used as the internal curing agent of the grouting material.The influence of SAP content on the fluidity and mechanical properties of the grouting material under different water-binder ratios is studied,and the pore structure and micro morphology of the grouting material are analyzed,and the influence mechanism of SAP on the workability and mechanical properties of the grouting material is discussed.The feasibility of using SAP as curing agent in grout material is analyzed.The results show that:at the same water-binder ratio,the fluidity of grouting material decreases linearly with the increase of SAP content.and the smaller water-binder ratio is,the greater the reduction is;In standard curing condition,the peak compressive strength of grout decreases with the increase of SAP content,in the outdoor curing condition,SAP can play the role of internal curing more fully;The results of MIP test show that SAP can reduce the most probable pore size,increase the number of harmless pores,while the numbers of harmful and multiple harmful pores also increase;The SEM results show that SAP reduce the cracks in the grout microstructure,but left pores in the matrix.In general,SAP can improve the uniformity of grouting material by absorbing excess mixing water,and gradually release water to promote cement hydration and improve the strength of grouting material.It is a good curing material in prefabricated building grout.
