Behavior analysis of precast post-tensioned concrete ground floor
For the indoor high-precision horizontal transportation requirements of clean workshop, precision instrument workshop and digital logistics warehouse, the precast post-tensioned prestressed concrete ground floor is proposed, which can resist the effect of external load, has strong differential settlement, temperature difference and shrinkage, and can be installed efficiently. For three types of typical ground floors:conventional concrete ground floor, prestressed concrete ground floor before assembly, prestressed concrete ground floor after assembly, the stress distribution and deformation of the ground floor slab under different load positions, slab thicknesses, and the length-width ratio of slab are obtained, the bearing capacity of the ground floor slab with or without prestress or surface layer, material combination of different structural layers, and different working conditions of soft foundation are analyzed emphatically. The result shows that the prestressed concrete ground floor slab after assembly has the best working performance when the load acted on the slab center, followed by the slab edge, and the slab angle is the worst;compared with that before assembly, the deflection value of the assembled ground floor will be reduced by 30%and the bearing capacity will be improved to a certain extent even if there is local soft foundation at the edge of the slab;if there is a local soft foundation area in the slab, the influence on deflection and bearing capacity is limited. It can provide certain technical support for the design and application of precast post-tensioned prestressed concrete ground floor.
