MC劲性复合桩在软土地区合理化设计的试验研究

通过在软土地区实地试验,研究MC劲性复合桩短芯、等芯、长芯因内芯长度的改变对实际单桩竖向抗压承载力的影响,并对比按规范法计算的结果数据,综合分析短芯桩、等芯桩、长芯桩哪种类型MC劲性复合桩设计更合理.结果表明:内芯桩桩端所处持力层的土质条件对MC劲性复合桩单桩竖向承载力具有一定的影响,特别是短芯桩,当内芯桩桩端位于高含水量、大孔隙比的较弱土层时,试验结果与规范法计算结果存在较大差值,设计存在较大安全隐患;等芯桩的单桩承载力,规范法计算结果与试验结果比较接近;长芯桩的单桩承载力,规范法计算结果略小于试验结果,按规范法计算可以较好地估算其竖向抗压承载力特征值,且偏于安全.对MC劲性复合桩中的等芯桩、长芯桩与短芯桩进行分析比对,得出单桩承载力均有较大提升,特别是长芯桩,规范法计算结果提升近20%,试验结果提升超过40%.
Experimental study on rationalization design of MC strength composite piles in soft soil area
Through field tests in soft soil area,the influence of short-core,equal-core and long-core of MC stiff composite pile on the actual vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile due to the change of inner core length is studied,and the design which type of MC stiff composite pile is more reasonable than the result data calculated by standard method is comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the soil conditions of bearing stratum at the end of inner core pile have certain influence on the vertical bearing capacity of MC stiff composite pile,especially for short core piles.When the end of inner core pile is located in a weak soil layer with high water content and large pore ratio,there is a large difference between the test results and the calculation results of code method,and there is a large potential safety hazard in the design.The bearing capacity of single pile with equal core piles is close to the test results by the code method.The bearing capacity of single pile of long core pile is slightly smaller than that of test results.The characteristic value of vertical compressive bearing capacity of long core pile can be better estimated by the calculation of standard method and is on the safe side.By analyzing and comparing the equal-core pile,long-core pile and short-core pile in MC stiff composite pile,it is found that the bearing capacity of single pile increases greatly,especially for long-core pile.The calculation result of code method raises by nearly 20%,and the test result raises by more than 40%.
