Checking of safety level of component bearing capacity in previous generations of code for design of concrete structures
In this paper, the safety level of the limit state design methods for load bearing capacity of members subjected to tension, axial compression, bending and shear as stipulated in the Code for design of concrete structures(TJ 10-74),(GBJ 10-89),(GB 50010-2002)and(GB 50010-2010)is studied, its reliability index is calculated, and it is compared with the current Unified standard for reliability design of building structures to evaluate the safety level of different versions of concrete structure design codes. The results show that except for the 74 version of the Code for shear members, the reliability indexes of the design methods of various types of load-bearing capacity design method specified in each version of the Code are greater than the target reliability indexes, and there are different degrees of growth, and the reliability indexes of various types of force members after the release of Unified standard for reliability design of building structures(GB 50068-2018)and General code for engineering structures(GB 55001-2021)also have a certain degree of growth.
