绿色公共建筑全寿命期碳排放影响因素研究——以夏热冬冷地区为例

随着我国建筑能效水平的进一步提高,有必要对绿色建筑碳排放进行全寿命期研究,从而更全面地实现节约资源,保护环境,减少污染.本文以夏热冬冷地区为例,以获得2019版绿色建筑预评价的实际公共建筑项目为研究对象,通过调研建筑全寿命期碳排放情况,分析绿色公共建筑的碳排放水平,并用Pearson相关系数法和PCA法进行影响因素分析研究,以期为夏热冬冷地区绿色公共建筑低碳设计及碳排放预测控制研究提供参考.
Study on the Influencing Factors of Carbon Emissions of Green Public Buildings in the Whole Life Cycle:A Case Study in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Region
With the hot summer and cold winter region as an example,and the actual projects that has finished green building pre-assessment by the 2019 version of Assessment standard of green building as the research object,this paper studied the carbon emissions of the whole life cycle of buildings,and analyzed the carbon emissions level of green public buildings.It further used the Pearson correlation coefficient method and PCA method to analyze the influencing factors,aiming to providing a reference for the low-carbon design of green public buildings and the research on carbon emissions prediction and control in hot summer and cold winter regions.
