Study on Prediction Model of Frosting Suppression Performance of Air Source Heat Pump Water Heater
The frost suppression performance enhancement of the air source heat pump has a major impact on improving the heating effect of air source heat pumps.However,due to the lack of design guidelines,heat pump manufacturers cannot develop the frost suppression type air source heat pump by optimizing the configuration of the core components such as the compressor,outdoor heat exchanger,and outdoor fan,leading to the poor overall frost suppression performance of existing air source heat pumps,the serious frosting and defrosting problem in the actual heating process,and the severely deviated heating effect from the expectation.To quantify the frost suppression performance of the air source heat pumps with different core component configurations,this paper conducted an experimental study on eight air source heat pumps with different constitutive configurations from different manufacturers.By analyzing the relationship between the frost suppression performance and the constitutive configuration,a frost suppression performance prediction model with the heating capacity decay of 5%of the operating time as the evaluation index was established.This model can effectively predict the frost suppression performance of the air source heat pump water heater with different constitutive configurations,realizing relative error within 10%,and providing a reference for heat pump manufacturers to develop frost suppression units.
