Performance Test and Applicability Research of Air Conditioning and Heat Pipe Integrated Equipment for Communication Base Station
To solve the outstanding problems in the air conditioning system of communication base station,such as poor temperature control effect and high energy consumption,a technical scheme of integrating air conditioning heat pipes and sending air with high wind speed down and back was proposed with a prototype developed.The field test shows that the temperature of the control cabinet of the air-conditioning heat pipe integrated equipment is kept at 10-38 ℃,and the annual energy-saving rate is as high as 60.0%.Applicability analysis was made based on climate differences in different regions of China.Taking Zhengzhou as a reference standard,the energy-saving rate of representative cities in each region was analyzed and calculated.The results show that the annual energy-saving rate of representative cities in each region is above 50%,proving that the air-conditioning heat pipe integrated equipment is worth popularizing and applying across China.
