摘要
我国与住宅建筑声环境相关的标准发展相对滞后,且国内各类建筑性能评价体系中,建筑声学专业容易被参评者轻视,噪声问题一直困扰着居民.为全面提升住宅建筑声环境水平,中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑研究中心与中国建筑科学研究院有限公司共同推出了《宁静住宅评价导则》.该导则涵盖环境噪声与振动、降噪设计、室内噪声与振动、空气声隔声、撞击声隔声、运营管理6类指标.指标要求远高于现行国标、全面对标国际先进水平,对我国住宅建筑的声环境设计具有指导意义.
Abstract
The development of standards related to the acoustic environment of residential buildings in China is lagging behind others,and in different Chinese building evaluation systems,building acoustics environment is easy to be despised by the participants,and the noise problem has plagued residents.In order to comprehensively improve the acoustic performance of residential buildings,the Green Building Research Center CSUS and China Academy of Building Research jointly issued the Assessment Guideline for Quiet Residential Building.The guideline covers six categories of indicators,including environmental noise and vibration,noise reduction design,indoor noise and vibration,airborne sound insulation,impact sound insulation,and operation management.The indicator requirements are far higher than the current national standard and are fully benchmarking to the international advanced level,which is of guiding significance for the acoustics environment design of residential buildings in China.
