Investigation on the Current Situation of Rural Clean Heating in Shanghe County
In order to alleviate air pollution and transform the rural energy structure,local rural areas have carried out government-led clean heating transformation.This survey conducted an investigation and study on seven rural areas in Shanghe County,Jinan City,Shandong,which had completed clean heating renovation,and understood the basic situation of rural buildings,rural residents and heating before and after the renovation.the results of clean heating renovation were further explained from five aspects of economy,ease of use,comfort,satisfaction and coal return,and the impact of economic factors,aging factors and supporting policies on the implementation of clean heating transformation was analyzed.Then,based on the results of the above investigation and analysis,it is found that compared with coal furnace heating,clean heating equipment has lower operating costs,is more convenient to use,and can improve the comfort of the indoor environment,with a comprehensive satisfaction rate of rural residents after renovation reaching 97.77％.However,the phenomenon of"returning to coal"still exists,and the reduction or cessation of subsidies,heating demand in multiple rooms and residents'lack of understanding of heating operating costs may lead residents to continue to use coal stoves.The income difference of rural residents and the aging of permanent residents are the main factors affecting residents'acceptance of clean heating transformation,while support policies are the main factors affecting whether rural residents can continue to use clean heating equipment.
