一种空斗墙房屋安全性和抗震性能鉴定方法

本文在已有研究基础上,针对仍广泛存在的、以空斗墙为主要承重构件的砌体结构,依据《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》和《建筑抗震鉴定标准》,提出了一种安全性和抗震性能鉴定方法.通过定义倍数因子,明确空斗墙抗压承载力按88版规范计算可以满足现行可靠度要求,建议按此方法进行计算.抗剪承载力在规范和其他学者的研究成果上提出可近似按现行规范中实心墙抗剪承载力的1/2进行取值.最后,通过引入一个三层空斗墙房屋安全性和抗震性能鉴定的算例,对评级过程进行了系统介绍.
Method for evaluating the safety and seismic performance of rowlock wall buildings
Based on the research of many scholars,this paper proposes an evaluation method for the safety and seismic performance of masonry structures with empty bucket wall as the main load-bearing component,according to the Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings and Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings.By defining the multiple factor,it is clear that the compressive capacity of the empty bucket wall can meet the current reliability requirements according to the 88 edition of the code,and it is recommended to calculate the method.According to the standard and other scholars'research results,the shear capacity can be approximated as 1/2 of the shear capacity of solid wall in the current standard.Finally,a calculation example of safety and seismic performance evaluation of a three-story building with empty bucket wall is introduced.
