潜孔锤引孔灌土打入管桩法抗压承载力性能试验

含硬岩层地质条件下使用管桩破损比例高,在珠海市类似地质条件项目分别对孤石场地、淤泥地层直接到强风化花岗岩或中风化花岗岩、有效桩长小于8m多种PHC500管桩难以穿透的特殊地质情况,创新性使用潜孔锤引孔灌土打入管桩法.对不同沉桩方法进行了 9根桩的抗压承载力性能试验,对潜孔锤引孔灌土打入管桩法与液压锤锤击法进行了对比分析,发现这两种沉桩方法均能达到设计单桩竖向抗压特征值要求.对比传统的引孔灌浆打入桩方法,采用引孔灌土的方法同样能达到设计单桩竖向抗压特征值要求,能减少灌浆湿作业,提高工程效率.
Test on compressive bearing capacity performance of pipe pile with drill hammer
The breakage rate of pipe pile is high under geological conditions of hard rock.In projects with similar geological conditions in Zhuhai City,the special geological conditions of isolated stone site,silt stratum directly to strongly weathered granite or medium weathered granite,and the effective pile length less than 8m,PHC500 pipe pile is difficult to penetrate,the method of using drill hammer to drive pipe pile into soil is innovative.The compressive bearing capacity of 9 piles with different pile driving methods is tested,and the comparison between the method of drill hole hammer and the method of hydraulic hammer is analyzed.It is found that both of the two methods can meet the requirements of vertical compressive characteristic value of designed single pile.Compared with the traditional pilot hole grouting method,using the pilot hole grouting method can also meet the requirements of the vertical compressive characteristic value of designed single pile,reduce the wet grouting operation,and improve the engineering efficiency.
