A Review for Bim-based Low-carbon Building Research and Application
The development of low-carbon buildings must utilize data integration competitiveness of the BIM technology. This research provided a comprehensive review of the research and application status of BIM-based low-carbon buildings in recent years, and pointed out that relevant research are mainly focusing on measurement of carbon emissions, identification of abnormal carbon emissions, and active control of carbon emissions.Based on four dimensions of low-carbon,BIM,performance evaluation and life-cycle,a low-carbon building application framework based on BIM was proposed. The study further highlighted complex issues such as the need to tap the potential of dynamic data, lack of a complete evaluation system and data conversion of application software and provided the research prospect.
