Analysis of Operation and Maintenance for Zero Energy Rural Building in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Regions——with the Lishui Shan Au Village Visitor Center as an Example
Rural areas are an important area for achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and the construction of near-zero energy rural buildings and the use of PV in rural buildings are becoming increasingly popular. And the operation and maintenance of near-zero energy rural buildings and photovoltaic power generation are the key concerns of the industry. This paper firstly introduced the technical highlights of zero carbon renovation in Lishui Shan Au Village, focusing on the integration of three-glass double-curved PV tiles and buildings, and shared the energy consumption and capacity data of the project in the past year. The annual PV energy production is about 48%higher than the energy consumption, verifying that the project meets the zero energy consumption target requirements.According to the data, the power consumption of the project is impacted by passenger volume, leading to a higher consumption during holidays. The PV tile power generation efficiency of the project is good, the maximum output power is close to the theoretical output power, and the power generation in spring and summer is better than that in autumn and winter, the peak power generation in spring. In addition, the difference between sunny days and cloudy days power generation efficiency is small, effective power generation can also be realized on cloudy and rainy days. For most of the time,PV power generation time covers energy consumption time. This paper provides a data-based reference for the promotion of rooftop PV scale application in rural buildings.
