Project Practice of Quiet Residential Building Assessment System
The newly launched quiet residential building assessment system proposes sound environmental requirements in all-round with high standards,which is expected to make up for the deficiencies in sound environment of current standards and healthy building evaluation system.This paper selected the first platinum project,Jinan Lingxiu City Tanyue Project,as an example to discuss the key technologies for residential projects to meet the quiet residential building assessment requirements,especially the technologies of air sound insulation and impact sound insulation.It intends to provide reference for future projects engaged in the quiet residential building assessment.
