广州市建筑垃圾资源化利用现状及对策研究

为了解广州市建筑垃圾资源化利用现状和存在问题,提高建筑垃圾资源化利用水平,通过实地调研和数据分析,掌握了广州市各类型建筑垃圾产生量、区域分布特点、收运情况、处置方式和再生产品类型.分析表明,目前广州市各类建筑垃圾年产生量超过4 000万m3,其中基坑土和轨道弃土两类渣土产生量超过建筑垃圾总量的50%;广州市各辖区建筑垃圾分布很不均衡,以天河区、黄埔区、白云区及海珠区居多;建筑垃圾资源化利用企业较多,但整体技术含量不高,产品用途较为单一,同质化竞争现象严重.总结了目前广州市建筑垃圾行业存在的问题和近年来建筑垃圾相关政策,针对相关问题提出了符合实际的措施和建议,对提高广州市建筑垃圾资源化利用整体水平、规范行业市场具有重要意义.
Research on the Current Situation of and Countermeasures for Construction Waste Recycling and Utilization in Guangzhou
In order to understand the current situation and existing problems of the recycling and utilization of construction waste in Guangzhou,and improve the level of the recycling and utilization,field research and data analysis were conducted to understand the volume,regional distribution characteristics,collection and transportation,disposal methods and types of recycled products of different construction wastes in Guangzhou.The analysis shows that the annual output of various types of construction waste in Guangzhou exceeds 40 million m3,of which,foundation pit soil and track waste soil account for over 50%of the total.The distribution of construction waste in different districts of Guangzhou is quite uneven,with the majority in Tianhe District,Huangpu District,Baiyun District,and Haizhu District.There are many enterprises engaged in the recycling and utilization of construction waste,but the overall technical content is not high,with limited product application and severe homogeneous competition.This paper summarized the problems existing in the construction waste industry in Guangzhou and the relevant policies in recent years and proposed practical measures and suggestions.
