Vulnerability analysis of RC structures with different R-μ-T relationships by capacity spectrum method based on specifications
It is of great significance to determine the inelastic demand spectrum curve of structures under ground motion for the seismic vulnerability analysis by capacity-demand spectrum method. In order to establish the influence of different R-μ-T relations to obtain inelastic spectrum on structural displacement response, the Ry-based standard inelastic spectrum is obtained in combination with China's seismic design code for buildings.A 12-story RC structure is taken as the research object, and the influence of inelastic spectrum obtained by different R-μ-T relations on structural target displacement is compared and analyzed. Then, based on the different R-μt-T relationships, the vulnerability analysis of structural displacement is carried out,and the influence of different R-μv-T relationships on structures is studied from the perspective of seismic performance evaluation. The results show that the difference of structural target displacement obtained by inelastic demand spectrum with different R-μt-T relations increases with the increase of the ground vibration intensity, and the overall difference is small.By comparing the structural vulnerability with theoretical vulnerability under different R-μ-T relationships,it is found that different model calculations have little influence on the overall structural vulnerability, which also verifies the effectiveness of the capacity spectrum method based on strength factor reduction.
