大悬挑单层斜交网格柱壳钢屋盖结构方案与复杂节点研究

铜梁站候车大厅钢屋盖为三纵一横4个柱形壳体相贯形成的空间曲面屋盖,采用主受力拱+斜交菱形网格的单层网壳结构体系,屋盖下部落在8个倒V形混凝土柱墩上,柱墩底为桩基础.对该屋盖进行力学性能分析以及不同加强措施的对比研究,揭示了该类屋盖的变形及受力特点.为兼顾结构受力、建筑效果和材料用量,针对屋盖构件截面形式和网格尺寸进行了方案比选,最终确定采用箱型主拱+窄高箱型次杆的结构方案,网格尺寸为3m×3m,计算后各项指标均满足要求.节点设计方面,对屋盖节点,通过调整构件局部轴垂直于屋面法向,保证节点美观和施工可行;对多杆汇交的柱脚支座节点,进行了专门的连接设计和节点有限元分析,确保传力的可靠性.
Research on the structural scheme and complex joint of cylindrical steel roof shell with large cantilever structure and single layer oblique grid
The steel roof of the waiting hall of Tongliang Station is a spatial curved roof formed by three longitudinal and one transverse cylindrical shells intersecting each other.It adopts the single-layer latticed shell structure system with the main stressed arch and oblique rhomboidal grid.The roof is placed on eight inverted V-shaped concrete piers,and the bottom of the piers is the pile foundation.The mechanical properties of the roof and the comparative study of different strengthening measures are carried out to reveal the deformation and stress characteristics of the roof in detail.In order to take into account the structural force,building effect and saving the amount of materials,the scheme is compared and selected according to the section form and grid size of the roof members.Finally,the structure scheme of box main arch+narrow and high box secondary section is determined,and the grid size is 3×3m,and all the indexes meet the requirements.In the aspect of joint design,by adjusting the local axis of the component perpendicular to the normal direction of the roof,the joint is beautiful and feasible.The special connection design and finite element analysis are carried out to ensure the reliability of force transmission for the multi-bar column base support joints.
