摘要
装配式建筑的快速发展贯彻了绿色节能环保的高质量发展理念,顺应可持续循环发展经济和"双碳"目标的国家策略.本研究从宏观数据出发论证了发展装配式建筑符合当前"双碳"时代背景,重点从装配式建筑相关政策、市场发展规模以及生产企业竞争状况等多角度介绍我国装配式建筑产业发展现状,并分别从政府端、市场端、技术端、市场集中度、人才端等多个方面分析当前我国装配式建筑产业发展中存在的问题,针对性提出解决相应问题的建议性对策,助力我国装配式建筑产业快速发展.
Abstract
The rapid development of prefabricated buildings implements the high-quality development concept of green energy conservation and environmental protection,and conforms to the national strategy of sustainable circular economic development and dual carbon goals.This research,based on macro data,demonstrated that the development of prefabricated buildings is in line with the current background of the"dual carbon"era.It focused on introducing the development status of China's prefabricated building industry from multiple perspectives such as policies,market development scale,and competition of manufacturing enterprises.It also analyzed the problems existing in the development of China's prefabricated building industry from the government,market,technology,market concentration,talent,and other aspects,proposing countermeasures,and driving the rapid development of prefabricated building industry in China.
