Study on the Heat Dissipation Characteristics of Prefabricated Radiant Floor Heating Systems
This paper established a numerical model for heat dissipation calculation by analyzing the structure and heat transfer process of the assembled floor radiant heating system, and verified the reliability of the numerical calculation results by comparing with the experimental test results.Through the numerical model calculation, the heat dissipation characteristics such as heat dissipation and heat loss of assembled floor heating with different surfaces under the conditions of the indoor air calculation temperature of 18 ℃,the average supply and return water temperatures of 30~50 ℃,and the pipe spacing of 150~300 mm were analyzed. The results showed that the heat dissipation and heat loss of the assembled underfloor heating increased linearly with the rising of the average supply and return water temperatures, while the heat dissipation and heat loss of the assembled underfloor heating decreased non-linearly with the increase of the pipe spacing. In addition, the average supply and return water temperatures had a minor effect on the rate of heat loss for assembled underfloor heating with different surfaces, whereas the tube spacing had a relatively significant effect on the rate of heat loss for assembled underfloor heating with different surfaces. The results of the thesis provide a basis for the structural optimization and design selection of the assembled radiant floor heating system.
