摘要

某典型的不规则超限高层商业综合体建筑由裙房商业建筑和偏心收进塔楼酒店建筑组成.针对结构的不规则项进行整体结构不同地震水准作用下的弹性和弹塑性分析,并采取相应措施增强结构的抗震性能;针对局部结构进行专项分析,包括通高酒店大堂的穿层柱设计、转换桁架专项设计及抗连续倒塌分析.分析结果表明,本工程主体结构能够达到预定的性能目标,关键构件具有适量的冗余度,构件在罕遇地震下屈服顺序合理,各项结果满足规范要求.

Abstract

A typical ultra-limit high-rise irregular commercial complex building is composed by a commercial podium and an eccentrically retracted hotel tower.Elastic and elastic-plastic analysis of the whole structure under different earthquake levels are carried out for the irregular items of the structure,and targeted measures are proposed to enhance the structural seismic performance.Special analysis of local structures is conducted on sub-structure,including design of penetrating column in hotel lobby,transfer truss design and anti-progressive collapse resistance analysis.The result shows that the main structure can achieve the scheduled performance objective,the key elements have appropriate redundancy,the element yield sequence under rare earthquakes is rational,and all results meet the specification requirements.
