随着建筑能耗持续上升,全球温室效应不断加剧,因此,在建筑碳减排过程中,研究和应用建筑绿色低碳技术势在必行.本文以夏热冬冷地区某智能建造装配式办公楼为例,从建筑全生命周期出发,重点分析了该建筑绿色低碳技术,能耗情况、以及建筑碳排放水平,通过此项研究,我们旨在展示并引导办公建筑领域的碳减排工作,同时推动绿色低碳技术在整个建筑行业中的应用与发展,进一步促进实现建筑领域的碳达峰和碳中和目标.
Green and Low-carbon Practice of Prefabricated Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Regions Based on BIM Technology——Hunan Creative Design Headquarters Building Project
As building energy consumption continues to rise and the global greenhouse effect continues to intensify,it is imperative to study and apply green low-carbon building technologies in the process of building carbon emission reduction.This paper took an intelligent prefabricated office building in a hot summer and cold winter region as an example,and analyzed the green and low-carbon technology,energy consumption,and carbon emission level of the building from the perspective of whole life cycle of the building.Through this study,we intended to demonstrate and guide the carbon emission reduction work in the field of office building,and promote the application and development of green and low-carbon technology in the entire building industry,further contributing to achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the building sector.
