摘要

随着近零能耗建筑的快速发展和技术的逐步成熟,夏热冬暖地区由于经济发展水平高、速度快,该地区大型办公建筑的开发强度高、节能潜力大,因此逐渐成为近零能耗建筑试点和推广的新方向.本文以中国海外大厦为例,研究了以性能化设计方法为核心,以被动式节能设计、高效能源系统节能设计和可再生能源充分利用为主要内容的夏热冬暖地区大型办公建筑近零能耗技术应用方法和实现路径,为该类型近零能耗建筑的发展提供系统性思路,为类似项目提供借鉴和参考.研究发现,通过能源系统能效提升所带来的节能贡献率最高,为59.6%.从技术措施来看,节能贡献率占比最高的技术为高效冷热源和高效照明系统,分别为26.2%和19.7%.

Abstract

With the rapid development of nearly zero energy buildings and the gradual maturity of technology,hot summer and warm winter areas have become a new direction for pilot and promotion of nearly zero energy buildings due to their high level and speed of economic development,high development intensity of large office buildings,and great energy-saving potential.This paper took the China Overseas Building as an example to study the application method and implementation path of nearly zero-energy technology for large office buildings in hot summer and warm winter regions,with performance-based design methods as the core,passive energy-saving design,efficient energy system energy-saving design,and full utilization of renewable energy as the main content.This provides a systematic approach for the development of this type of nearly zero-energy buildings,and provides a reference for similar projects.The study found that the highest contribution rate of energy conservation is achieved through the improvement of energy efficiency in the energy system,at 59.6%.From the perspective of technical measures,the technologies with the highest proportion of energy-saving contribution are high-efficiency cold and heat sources and high-efficiency lighting systems,with 26.2%and 19.7%respectively.
