摘要

开放式办公室声环境对办公人员的舒适度、工作满意度和工作效率有重要影响.开放式办公室常用布局类型有蜂窝型、组团型和俱乐部型,不同布局的开放式办公室具有不同的声环境特点.本文首先基于Odeon建筑声学模拟软件,建立了 3种布局类型开放式办公室的声场模拟模型.该模型可以对开放式办公室声场(包括语音空间衰减率D2.s、距离声源4 m处A计权语音声压级Lp,A,s,4m、分心距离rD、私密距离rP等重要声学参数)进行模拟计算.然后通过3种布局类型开放式办公室的实地测量以及实测数据和模拟结果的对比,验证了该模型的有效性.最后基于该模型对不同布局类型开放式办公室声环境进行对比分析,探讨了蜂窝型、组团型和俱乐部型开放式办公室的声环境特征.相关研究方法及结果可以为开放式办公室声环境理论研究和优化设计提供参考.

Abstract

The acoustic environment of open-plan offices has a significant impact on the comfort,job satisfaction and work efficiency of staff.The commonly used layout types of open-plan offices include Hive,Den,and Club types,and different layouts of open-plan offices have different acoustic environmental characteristics.Based on Odeon architectural acoustics simulation software,three kinds of open-plan office acoustic environment simulation models were established in this paper.The models can be used to simulate and calculate the parameters of the open office acoustic environment,such as spatial decay rate of speech D2 s,A-weighted speech level at 4 m distance Lp,A,s,4m and distraction distance rD and privacy distance rP.Then,the effectiveness of the models was verified through on-site measurements of three layout types of open-plan offices and a comparison between measured data and simulation results.Finally,based on these models,this paper compared and analyzed the acoustic environment of open-plan offices with different layout types and discussed the acoustic environment characteristics of Hive,Den,and Club type open-plan offices.The method and results of this paper can provide a reference for theoretical research and optimized design of open-plan office acoustic environment.
