Study on eccentric compression mechanical properties of light steel concrete L-shaped composite special-shaped columns in modular wall prefabricated buildings
Aiming at the problem that the mechanical properties of light steel concrete L-shaped composite special-shaped column in the new ultra-low energy consumption modular wall prefabricated building under eccentric compression are not clear, this paper conducted experimental research on it.The results show that the L-shaped composite special-shaped column has good working performance, mainly cracking and failure of concrete on the compression side, accompanied by flexural deformation. The refined finite element model is established and compared with the experimental results. The failure characteristics of the two are in good agreement with the ultimate bearing capacity, which verified the correctness of the model. On this basis, the variable parameter analysis is carried out.The effects of five parameters, such as steel thickness, concrete strength, steel strength, loading angle and slenderness ratio,on the eccentric compression performance of L-shaped composite special-shaped columns are studied. The results show that the eccentric compression bearing capacity of the specimens increases with the increase of steel thickness, concrete strength and steel strength, and decreases with the increase of slenderness ratio. When the loading angle is in the range of 0°~135°,the bearing capacity of the specimen increases with the increase of the loading angle. When the loading angle is in the range of 135°~180°,the bearing capacity decreases with the increase of the loading angle.
