Experimental study on carbonization performance of concrete with large proportion of double mineral admixtures
Considering concrete strength,water binder ratio,total amount of cementitious materials,proportion of admixtures and types of admixtures,the carbonation resistance of concrete with fly ash and slag powder is studied by rapid carbonation test.The order of importance of each influencing factor of concrete carbonation performance is water binder ratio,double admixture ratio(fly ash/slag powder),the proportion of total admixture and the total amount of cementitious material.And the order of influencing degree of each influencing factor on compressive strength is basically the same.The carbonation resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of admixture content,and the carbonation resistance of concrete with large admixture decreases obviously under the condition of low water-binder ratio.The carbonization resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of fly ash/slag ratio.The ability of concrete to resist carbonation increases with the increase of cementitious materials.The carbonation resistance of concrete increases with the increase of concrete strength.Concrete strength can synthesize the influence of various factors on the carbonation resistance of concrete,and there is a good correlation between carbonation performance and concrete strength.
