Hydration heat field and stress analysis of composite steel plate shear wall in early concrete pouring
The composite steel plate shear wall is applied in the Xiong'an New Area Innovation Research Institute Science and Technology Park project to improve the overall seismic performance of the structure. The temperature and stress development of a shear wall are monitored and analyzed,in order to strictly control the quality of the project and guide the subsequent construction, due to the high hydration heat release of the wall in the early concrete pouring. On the basis of the project and test, the Hetval and Film subroutines are written through secondary development based on ABAQUS 2021/Standard,and the numerical and variation laws of the temperature stress generated by the hydration heat of concrete are accurately simulated. The results effectively show the development of temperature, displacement and stress of the wall during the concrete pouring process. It shows that temperature cracking easily occurs on the top of the wall and around the bolt hole.It is recommended to adopt preheating steel plate and brushing oil on peg surface to reduce the risk of wall cracking and ensure the construction quality. Finally, the problem of dense steel bar arrangement and complex connection are optimized combined with the FEA results, which provides technical support for the completion and delivery of the project.
