坑式静压桩在黄土区基础加固技术应用研究

我国中西部地区存在湿陷性黄土等不良地质,静压桩托换技术对解决黄土地区地基不均匀沉降问题提供了非常大的帮助.目前在分析静压桩沉桩阻力特性的时候缺少定量的分析,也缺少同工程实际的对比.因此,本文从实际工程出发,分析了静压桩施工中的压桩阻力理论值和实际值的对比,通过数值模拟软件分析了静压桩施工中土体的水平压应力、竖向应力、塑性应变、桩尖有效应力等.研究发现,静压桩基础托换技术灵活简便,对土体扰动较小,该方法在湿陷性黄土区应用成功;桩端阻力修正系数的取值对计算结果影响较大,对于黏土、粉土取值较大,对于砂土、卵石层的取值偏于保守;在压杆过程中,受扰动土体约一倍桩径范围,不会破坏原地基土的稳定性;可为黄土区类似工程提供借鉴.
Research on the application of pit type static pressure pile in foundation reinforcement technology in loess regions
There are unfavorable geological conditions such as collapsible loess in the central and western regions of China.The static pressure pile replacement technology has provided great help in solving the problem of uneven settlement of foundations in loess areas.Currently,there is a lack of quantitative analysis and comparison with engineering practice when analyzing the resistance characteristics of static pressure pile sinking.Therefore,this article starts from practical engineering and analyzes the comparison between the theoretical and actual values of pile resistance in static pressure pile construction.Through numerical simulation software,the horizontal compressive stress,vertical stress,plastic strain,effective stress at the pile tip of the soil during static pressure pile construction are analyzed.Research has found that the static pressure pile foundation support technology is flexible and simple,with less disturbance to the soil.This method has been successfully applied in collapsible loess areas.The value of the correction coefficient for pile end resistance has a significant impact on the calculation results,with larger values for clay and silt,and more conservative values for sand and pebble layers.During the compression process,the disturbed soil is within a range of about range of a pile's diameter and will not damage the stability of the original foundation soil.It can provide reference for similar projects in loess areas.
