摘要

科学的建筑碳排放计算是实现建筑领域"双碳"目标的重要支撑,其中碳排放因子的数据质量很大程度上影响了建筑碳排放结果的准确性.目前,建材碳排放因子缺省值被大量广泛地使用在建筑碳排放计算中,建筑行业对于准确、权威的建材碳排放因子缺省值需求强烈.本研究以建材碳排放因子省级缺省值为研究对象,通过计算建材产品生产清单数据的不确定度,结合误差传递模型,建立了建材产品碳足迹的不确定度计算方法.选取区域内同类建材产品,通过合并碳足迹的不确定度并结合修正系数法,最终建立了建材碳排放因子区域缺省值不确定性量化方法.以陕西省煤矸石多孔砖为例,对该方法进行了验证.并讨论了影响建材碳排放因子区域缺省值不确定性的主要因素、降低不确定性的方法以及区域内同类建材产品抽样调查最少样本数量等.本研究通过建立建材碳排放因子区域缺省值的不确定性量化方法,提高了建筑碳排放计算的透明性,确保了建筑碳排放计算结果的科学准确性和可追溯性.

Abstract

Scientific calculation of building carbon emissions is an important support for achieving"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".The data quality of carbon emission factors greatly affects the accuracy of the results of building carbon emissions.At present,the default values for carbon emission factors of building materials are widely used in the calculation of building carbon emissions,and the construction industry has a strong demand for accurate and authoritative default values for carbon emission factors of building materials.This study takes the provincial default values for carbon emission factors of building materials as a research object,and develops a computing method for the uncertainty of carbon footprints of building material products by calculating the uncertainty of the production list data of building materials and combining with the error propagation model.An uncertainty quantification method of regional default values for carbon emission factors of building materials is finally established by combining the uncertainty of carbon footprints and the correction coefficient method with a selection of similar building material products in one region.The method is validated by a case study of the coal gangue porous brick in Shaanxi Province,and discussion is carried out,involving the main factors affecting the uncertainty of the regional default values for the carbon emission factors of building materials,the methods for reducing the uncertainty,and the minimum number of similar building material products sampled in the region.By establishing an uncertainty quantification method of the regional default values for the carbon emission factors of building materials,this study can improve the transparency of calculating building carbon emissions and ensures the scientific accuracy and traceability of the calculation results of building carbon emissions.
