Summary of Empirical Research on Competitive Intelligence Services in China
This paper sorts out the content of the empirical research on competitive intelligence services and look forward to the feasible future direction of exploration.Based on the literature retrieved from CNKI,the empirical research results of competitive intelligence service are systematically reviewed,the time distribution,research methods and research focus of sample literature are excavated by content analysis method,and the characteristics and limitations of current research are discussed as well.The results show that the main subjects of CI service empirical research mainly include enterprise,industry and library,and the competitive intelligence service model and service system are the focus of CI service research.However,only domestic empirical research literature on CI service was analyzed in this study,and foreign empirical research results have not been included,so the research data can be further enriched in the future.
