Practice of Competitive Intelligence Research in Aero-Engine Enterprise Under the New Environment
In order to provide users with timely,accurate and in-depth intelligence support with decision-making advantages over competitors,in the new environment,science and technology has entered a following,running,leading situation,users'requirements for intelligence work is constantly improving,information is becoming VUCA,model-based system engineering and digital engineering are vigorously promoted,enabling technology is rapidly developed and applied.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the new environment to enterprise competitive intelligence research from the dimensions of users'requirements,information attributes,large model technology and enabling technology.This paper puts forward some measures,such as writing innovative and countermeasure reports,using advanced technology to achieve intelligence value-added beyond VUCA,and cultivating new Ⅱ type intelligence personnel who play the role of think tank.
