Urban Checkup and Renewal Strategy Based on Multi-Source Data Spatial Analysis:A Case Study in Haidian Sub-district in Beijing
Based on multi-source data and spatial analysis models in urban renewal,it is helpful to accurately identify problems and analyze their formation mechanisms,which is of great significance for ensuring the long-term effectiveness of renewal strategies.This study takes the urban Checkup in Haidian sub-district in Beijing as an example,with the goals of promoting low carbon transportation,complete communities,and healthy cities.It integrates big data from multi-sources and small data from field research to diagnose problems in slow traffic,community commerce,and public space usages.The space syntax model is applied to analyze the distribution of road rights,community commercial needs,and self-organizing spatial patterns of outdoor activities of residents.This research established a workflow of'diagnosis-analysis-optimization'based on data spatial analysis.
