Inquiring of the Natural Moat:Research on Digital Urban Checkup and Optimization Strategy of Cross-river Town Based on Multi-source Data and Taking the Pukou Central Area,Nanjing as an Example
Urban checkup is an effective way to identify and diagnose"urban diseases",digital technology provides a methodological basis for urban check up,and it is necessary to propose characteristic diagnostic indicators for different regional objects.This paper takes the urban cross-river town as the research object,cross-river develop-ment is an important measure for the riverside city to break through the expansion of the city scale,due to the natural geographic conditions of the river restrictions,cross-river towns are prone to spatial development is not coordinated,mismatch of services and facilities,lack of vitality of the city and other problems,need to be evalu-ated through the digital checkup to cope with the assessment.In the case study of Pukou central area in Nanjing,a digital urban checkup is conducted based on multi-source big data from the dimensions of traffic convenience,landscape features,urban vitality,etc.,and it is found that its traffic organization is"tidal wave traffic",landscape features are"screened-in view corridor",and the life circle is"cross-domain split",and puts forward targeted opti-mization strategies in terms of spatial morphology,facility layout,and landscape and style.
