Review on Methodology of Modern Vernacular Architecture Study
In the conservation of architectural heritage,compared with the heritage buildings that have been list-ed in the list,how to deal with the large number of urban and rural vernacular architectural heritage is one of the core issues in the process of urban and rural evolution in China.In view of the current situation that domestic re-lated research is mostly focused on the substantial entity and conservation practice of vernacular architecture,but the retrospective research on the methodology is insufficient,this paper attempts to sort out the related research results of modern vernacular architecture,and make a classification and summary of the disciplinary methods used,which will be a complementary method for the research and disposal of such large-scale and wide-ranging architectural heritage in China.
