Atmosphere is a concept frequently emerges in contemporary architectural theory and practice,originating from an emotional response to the geometric rationality of modern architecture.This article aims to proposes to revisit the introduction of"atmosphere"as a new phenomenological concept and its evolution within the architectural discourse and practice.The concept possesses a dual dialectical nature,intertwined with both meteorology and aesthetics.By exploring two main thread,the embodied emotion and the environmental regula-tion,it identifies the potential for making atmosphere and envisions a possible scenario for the re-enchantment of emotions in the technological age.
