Shared Space and Sharing Lifestyle:Case Study and Living Experience of Greencity B3S Housing in Zurich,Switzerland
As China's real estate market cools,housing is expected to gradually return to its primary residen-tial function,creating opportunities to explore new property ownership models and housing typologies.In the 1980s,Switzerland addressed social issues caused by an overheated real estate market by developing cooperative housing model,providing high-quality affordable housing.This article summarizes the author's six-year experience in a Zurich housing cooperative,outlining the fairness,cooperation,sociality,and sustainability of the cooperative housing model.It also interprets the concepts of"shared space"and"sharing spirit",exploring the relationships between architectural design,housing typology,neighborhood relations and lifestyles.It is hoped that this analy-sis can offer new insights for the further development of China's real estate and housing models.
